The 19th World Kendo Championship is around the corner, in Milano, Italy from the 4th to the 7th of July, 2024.
Hokubei Budogu is proud to be able to sponsor the Dominican Republic’s National Kendo Team. It is a competition, so results may be important, but Hokubei Budogu urges the team to enjoy every moment – it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for very few select Kendokas in the world. As you prepare for the tournament, please don’t get hurt, and we sincerely hope to see the team treasure every moment from preparation to the “sayonara” party.
The team has made their shinai selections, and we will be sending them over to practice with, get used to it, and then new sets to compete with in Milano.
